The sounds of hoofbeats and a strange serenade herald the arrival of the Screaming God expansion to the Simulator! The expansion has been lovingly recreated and is ready for play in the dwelling. Each of the included digital models feature hand made topology (no automated low poly creation here!) and textures to simulate that authentic Kingdom Death hard plastic look and feel. Each an efficient mastering in its own right, with dynamic LOD so they look amazing from any zoom level.
The Screaming God expansion rulebook, game cards, boards, and terrain have all been faithfully recreated and are ready to play.
Dwelling Status: Still a bit Grumpy!
We continue to identify and correct errant game and stability issues. With each release we take a few steps a better and better overall experience.
Some players may find additional bugs and in game action combinations that make the Dwelling grumpy. We ask for your patience and if you would be so kind as to report anything you find, the team of Dark Architects will busy themselves unto fixing things ASAP. Basically, if things explode, don't worry we will fix it!
KDS is still an early release project and we are working constantly to improve it. We humbly appreciate your support and thank you in advance for your understanding.
Digital Screaming God Expansion
The Screaming God expansion is twofold. It includes the Screaming God and Parasite Queen. Two massive monsters, two evocative sculptures, two compelling stories, two new patterns of play, two transformative elements for your campaign.
Both monsters appear in the twilight of your campaign. Add one or both monsters to a campaign to reshape your ending.
The Screaming God is the last monster your campaign can hunt. Ambitious victories in the closing lantern years of your campaign unlock astounding rewards and celebrate the joy of the hunt.
The story of the Screaming God is introduced to your settlement first, as hearsay, from a raving outcast. In a unique telling of this story, this digital expansion includes a playable vignette that follows the incredible glimpse granted to an outcast from your settlement. Use the elements of this vignette to play a preview showdown of the Screaming God long before your settlement ever dares.
Hunting the Screaming God bring new ideas, resources, and outlooks. Story events, settlement events, settlement locations, monster resources and more will enrich the final years of your campaign.
Screaming God in your Monster Campaign
The Screaming God [NQ4] is a node 4 quarry monster and does not replace any monsters in your core game campaign. Its content is purely additive.
The Parasite Queen [FI] is an operatic finale for your settlement. Pulling back the curtain on the secret structures of the world. A fitting new ending for settlements that have reached the end of Monster.

The Parasite Queen is a Finale monster and replaces the Gold Smoke Knight in your core game campaign. A shocking new ending with world-changing consequences.
