The Dark Treasury is provided by Kingdom Death to manage Kickstarter rewards, pre-orders, and prizes. It’s a useful tool in your Account of Death that allows you to ship your rewards at your convenience as they become available.

These are two different accounts. The Account of Death is a growing suite of tools for Kingdom Death fans. Currently, it includes Dark Treasury, Kingdom Death Shop Records, Kingdom Death: Simulator records, and tools. The Kingdom Death shop account (or online shop account) is an account created with our shopping platform partners at Shopify. You can link your shop account to AoD to ship your Kickstarter rewards with ease!

Yes, ideally, you should use the same email. However, if you cannot make an Account of Death, please reach out to our support team. They will help you to merge your Backerkit email with your current email account.

1) Ship the available Kickstarter rewards at your convenience.

If fulfillment for a pledged reward begins at an inconvenient timing for you (such as mid-vacation, mid-move, or other miscellaneous factors), you may use the Dark Treasury to ship your rewards when you are ready to receive them - whether it be as soon as fulfillment begins or at a later date of your choosing.

2) Combine your Kickstarter rewards with Online Shop items to save on shipping.

The Dark Treasury allows you to bundle your Kickstarter rewards with Online Shop orders, decreasing the burden of multiple shipping costs.

You can combine your Kickstarter rewards with Online Shop items from the same warehouse, allowing you to ship them as part of the same order.

3) Track all of your Kickstarter rewards, Online Shop Pre-orders, and Contest Prizes in one place.

The Dark Treasury may be used to track rewards from multiple Backerkit accounts, Online Shop Preorders, and Contest Prizes. Manage all of your rewards in a single, organized place.

Currently, the Dark Treasury is closed as we prepare for a new wave of fulfillment. Register your interest via this link, and we will reach out ASAP.

First and foremost, you need to link your Account of Death with your Online Shop account in the “Account Details” tab of your Account of Death.

Once that is done, any rewards that are ready to ship will be marked as Available in the Dark Treasury. You can also review your previously fulfilled rewards and future rewards that are in production. We will reach out when rewards become available or you can follow the project progress through our Kickstarter updates.

When reward fulfillment begins, you will be able to:

- See your available rewards in the Dark Treasury.

- Select the fulfillment warehouse for your rewards. Please be informed that if you are not a part of the EU, UK, CA, or AU region, you must select the HQ/US warehouses as they ship worldwide.

- Add the reward to the cart via the “Add to Cart” button as a custom order, and process it once you’re ready.

It may happen due to several reasons. Make sure that you perform these steps:

1) Ensure that your Account of Death is linked to your Online Shop account.

2) If your Account of Death and Online Shop accounts are linked, you may see a dialog notification “Don’t See Your Rewards?” if your rewards have not been imported to the Dark Treasury from your Backerkit account yet. In this case, you need to import your items to the Dark Treasury via a dedicated link, presented in the dialog message.

3) If your Backerkit account has a different email address compared to your Account of Death, you may see a dialog notification “Have a Kickstarter Pledge With A Different Email?”. In this case, you will need to request rewards from a pledge under a different email address via a dedicated link, presented in the dialog message.

3) You won’t be able to preview all your Kickstarter rewards as “Available Rewards” (ready to be fulfilled). The “Rewards in Development” term means that these items are not currently being fulfilled and can’t be added to the cart yet. Such items are work-in-progress and should be available at a later date.

Note: Currently, the Dark Treasury accounts are locked while we work on the next wave of fulfillment.

Yes, it’s required as you can’t fulfill the Kickstarter rewards without it if you utilize the Dark Treasury.

If you don’t have an Online Shop account yet, please register for it via this link.

Due to the nature of the fulfillment process, we cannot hold onto your rewards indefinitely. Please make sure to process your available rewards during the allotted time window, or we may not be able to guarantee that your reward will remain in stock.

Preorders and prizes will be fulfilled through Dark Treasury. We hope you will love the Dark Treasury and use it, but otherwise, you can continue with Backerkit as normal by not merging your Backerkit rewards with the Dark Treasury items.

There are several possible solutions to this:

1) Check your Spam folder.

2) Re-check your email on an alternate browser/device.

3) Disable potential restrictions, which may prevent you from receiving emails from us.

4) If none of that helps, please reach out to the Kingdom DeathCustomer Support department via this link. Our specialists will assist you ASAP!

Please follow these steps:

1) Enter your Dark Treasury, select the Available Rewards you would like to ship and choose their regional warehouse. To ensure the lowest shipping cost possible, please ensure that all of your rewards are shipping from the same warehouse.

2) Click the “Add to Cart” button. You will be redirected to the Kingdom Death Online Shop page.

3) Click the “Continue Shopping” link and add any desired items from the Online Shop to your cart. These items should belong to the same regional warehouse as the rewards you are shipping.

4)You now have a combined order. Click the “Checkout” button to process the order.
