The nightmare ram is the living spawn of a parasitic plant. It subsists on the salt of creatures which it metabolizes to power the glowing bulbs that grow atop its tough horns and the large lantern organ on it carries outside its body. They are sensitive, lonesome creatures that carefully cultivate beautiful, hidden gardens containing the plants that produce them. They will often beat trespassers into a pulp and use them as salt-rich fertilizer. Like any fruit that has been picked, their life span is short.
The Nightmare Ram and its claustrophobic garden dungeon, function together to make one utterly insane fight. Survivors will be impaired, rammed into spikes, crushed in avalanches and get doused with boiling water (from the Boiling Water Bug Minions of course!). The Nightmare Ram has full control of it’s garden dungeon and will often re-arrange it during the showdown! Survivor’s risk being buried alive deep in the inverted mountain.
This Expansion adds something totally new to Kingdom Death: Monster... A dungeon! It includes a dungeon deck, dungeon tiles, minion spawning cards and more! Get ready to die in a whole new way!
